Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship
Pedone Enterprises LLC ships every in-stock product from our Arlington, VA facility to:

  • All 50 U.S. states + Washington, DC
  • U.S. territories & APO/FPO/DPO addresses (USPS)
  • Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and New Zealand
  • Other countries on a case-by-case basis—Contact Support before ordering

We can’t ship to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, or any destination under U.S. embargo.

4. Shipping rates & Free Shipping

  • Live rates show at checkout based on weight, destination, and service
  • Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $49 (subtotal after discounts, before tax).
  • Faster options list their exact cost during checkout.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

International shipments go out DDU — Delivered Duty Unpaid. Local customs, VAT, or brokerage fees are paid by the customer at delivery. Declining to pay may result in the package being destroyed or returned; original shipping charges aren’t refundable.

6. Tracking Your Order

We email a tracking link the moment the label prints. Scans can take up to 24 hours to appear.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t see the box:

  • Confirm the shipping address on your order email.
  • Check with neighbors or a building office.
  • Wait 48 hours—drivers sometimes mark “delivered” early.
  • Still missing? Contact Support with your order number.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Every shipment is insured up to the retail value.

  • Email us within 5 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • Attach photos of damaged packaging/items when applicable.
  • We’ll start a carrier claim and ship a replacement or issue a refund once the claim clears.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier scans the parcel, but we offer this extra coverage as a courtesy.

8. Address Changes & Order Edits

Need to tweak something? Contact Support before 2 PM ET on the processing day. We can’t reroute packages that have already left our dock.

9. Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

Pre-order items ship on—or within 5 business days of—the posted release date.
If your cart mixes pre-order and in-stock items, everything ships together unless you choose “Split Shipment” at checkout.

10. Returns & Exchanges

See our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility windows, RMA steps, and label fees. Return labels originate from Arlington, VA and may be deducted from the refund unless we shipped the wrong or defective item.
