Anti-SPAM Policy

1. Our zero-tolerance stance
Pedone Enterprises LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) hates unsolicited bulk email (“spam”) as much as you do. Flooding inboxes with unrequested sales messages hurts everyone and violates both the spirit and the letter of the law.
2. Laws we follow
We fully comply with:
- U.S. CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (15 U.S.C. §7701-13)
- Virginia Consumer Protection Act (Va. Code §59.1-196 et seq.)
- Any other applicable federal or state anti-spam statutes
3. How we send email
- Opt-in only — you receive marketing email from us only if you directly requested it, checked a box, or made a purchase and did not opt out.
- Honest “From,” “To,” and subject lines — we never disguise our sender domain or mislead you about the topic.
- Clear identification — each message begins with our business name and ends with our physical mailing address:

- 10-business-day processing window — CAN-SPAM gives us 10 business days to honor an opt-out, but we aim to finish within 24 hours.
- No list-sharing or renting — we never sell or lease your email address.
4. Affiliate & partner emails
We work with a small group of approved affiliates who may promote our products. Each affiliate must:
- Use only our pre-approved swipe copy or submit their copy for written approval.
- Include their own valid mailing address and the same one-click unsubscribe
- Follow CAN-SPAM, FTC Endorsement Guides, and this policy.
If you believe an affiliate or anyone else is sending spam about Pedone Enterprises products, forward the message (including full headers) to support@pedoneenterprises.com and we’ll investigate immediately.
5. How to report spam or ask questions
Email support@pedoneenterprises.com, call +1 (703) 979-3046, or use the “Support” form. Please attach:
- The full email headers.
- The content you received.
- The time and date it arrived.
We block offending accounts and, where appropriate, terminate affiliate agreements.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Anti-Spam Policy as laws or our practices evolve. Any change will appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
