Refund Policy

Pedone Enterprises LLC strives to provide high-quality products and services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for purchases made through our websites, sales funnels, or platforms.

  • any related landing pages, funnels, or product websites operated by Pedone Enterprises LLC.

Physical Products (Dewey Gear and Merchandise)

Physical products may be eligible for return or refund within 30 days of delivery  if the item:

  • arrives damaged;
  • arrives defective;
  • is incorrect;
  • is unused and in original condition.

Cookie cutters may be eligible for return or refund within 180 days of delivery if the item:

  • arrives damaged;
  • arrives defective;
  • is incorrect;
  • is unused and in original condition.

To request a return or refund, contact support with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • photos if applicable

Return shipping instructions will be provided once the request is reviewed.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Digital Products

Digital downloads, templates, guides, or other downloadable products are generally non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, please contact support and we will work to resolve the issue.

Software Products and Subscriptions

(Slope Shot Pro, Slope Sketch, or other SaaS platforms)

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

When you cancel a subscription:

  • your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • future billing will be stopped
  • no partial refunds are provided for unused time in the billing cycle unless required by law. Canceling a subscription prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund past charges.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact support.

Courses, Training, or Educational Programs

If Pedone Enterprises LLC offers courses, workshops, or training programs, the refund terms will be clearly stated on the specific product sales page or checkout page prior to purchase.

​If a refund period is offered, requests must be submitted within the stated timeframe.

Third-Party Products and Affiliate Offers

Some products promoted through our websites may be sold by third-party companies.

If you purchase a third-party product through an affiliate link, the refund policy of the third-party seller applies. Please refer to the seller's website for their refund terms.

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact our support team so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in suspension or termination of access to digital products or services.
